The blast shattered computing devices, servers, computers, multimedia projectors, interactive whiteboards, and video cameras.
The money is needed for the overhaul of the premises, equipping the premises with modern computers and means of communication.

About medical institution
The Department was established in 1986 and for some time remained the only one in the country.
Initially, the department was called Medical Informatics and Computer Engineering, since 1996 – the Department of Medical Informatics, from 01.01.2022 – the Department of Informatics, Information Technology and Transdisciplinary Training (INIT and TDN). From 2000 to 2015 the department included a course in pedagogy and psychology. The department is a mainstay in the system of postgraduate medical education.
The initiator of the creation of the first such department was a famous scientist – MD, Professor, Honored Scientist and Technologist of Ukraine Ozar Mintser, who still heads it.
For more than 35 years, the department has trained more than ten thousand students, including almost half of general practitioners. Researchers, research and teaching staff of higher medical education institutions of Ukraine, graduate students and undergraduates also studied.
More than 20,000 interns and students of related cycles passed short-term cycles at the department. More than 450 cycles of thematic improvement were conducted.
Without this department, the activities of health care institutions that depend on operational technologies and modern knowledge of doctors are impossible, because the department improves the skills of doctors needed to work with clinical solutions within electronic health care systems.
